Accessibility

PinPointe aims to make contractor matching and account controls usable with keyboards, assistive technology, zoom, and a range of devices.

Our commitment

PinPointe uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. This is a commitment to ongoing improvement, not a claim that every page or third-party document already conforms. Accessibility is considered when building forms, account controls, match browsing, maps, and policy information.

Accessibility practices

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, tables, and status messages.
  • Keyboard access and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and non-color status cues.
  • Responsive layouts designed for zoom and smaller screens.
  • Reduced-motion support where animation is not essential.
  • Automated checks plus keyboard, desktop, and mobile browser testing for launch-critical flows.

Known boundaries

Public solicitation documents, issuer portals, maps, and Stripe-hosted billing pages are controlled by third parties and may not meet the same accessibility target. PinPointe cannot modify those services, but support can help identify the official source or provide PinPointe-controlled information in another reasonable format.

PinPointe's project map is an alternate view. Core opportunity information should also remain available in a text-based list so a map is not the only way to find a match.

Request help or report a barrier

Contact support with the page URL, task you were trying to complete, browser and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include a password or full payment-card number. The team will acknowledge and evaluate the request without requiring you to identify a disability.

For a project deadline, also confirm the requirement and available accommodations directly with the official issuer. PinPointe cannot extend an issuer deadline or submit an accommodation request on your behalf. General product help is available at Support & Corrections.

Ongoing review

Accessibility findings are prioritized alongside security and launch reliability. This statement is updated when the testing target, major known limitations, or contact process changes.
