Project-data corrections

PinPointe welcomes corrections to issuer, location, deadline, status, value, requirements, source, and other project facts. Support compares a report with the official source and preserves provenance. It may mark information uncertain, update it, remove it, or keep the existing value when the available evidence does not support a change.

  1. Open the project and copy its PinPointe URL or project ID.
  2. Open the official source and copy the most specific supporting URL.
  3. Identify the exact field and explain the correction in one or two sentences.
  4. Attach only material you are allowed to share; redact unnecessary personal information.
Deadline safety: never wait for a PinPointe correction to decide whether to act. Confirm the deadline, addenda, delivery method, and prerequisites directly with the official issuer. Support cannot extend a deadline, qualify a firm, contact the issuer for you, or submit a bid.

Customer self-service

Response expectations

Support is monitored on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not currently promise a 24/7 response or fixed service-level agreement. Requests are prioritized by account-security risk, payment impact, accessibility, active project deadlines, and scope. Duplicate messages can slow investigation.

For suspected account compromise, change the password and revoke other sessions in Account immediately, then contact security. For immediate danger, fraud in progress, or a public emergency, contact the appropriate authority rather than relying on PinPointe support.

Support boundaries

Support can explain PinPointe and correct its records. It cannot provide legal, tax, insurance, bonding, licensing, labor, safety, estimating, or procurement advice; certify eligibility; interpret an issuer's rules conclusively; negotiate with a project owner; or guarantee a bid outcome. Engage the appropriate qualified adviser and the official issuer for those decisions.
